Baley grew up riding and working with horses with Western riding being the main part of her equestrian background. Over the years her experience with horses developed into a strong interest in the relationship between horse, rider, and saddle. She became especially interested in how saddle fit can influence a horse’s comfort, behavior, and performance. This led her to pursue continued education in saddle fitting and equine anatomy.

Baley’s connection with Peter Horobin saddles grew through years of working alongside Terry Peiper, Fit Right Saddle Solutions. She had the opportunity to learn firsthand how Peter Horobin saddles could change the way horses move, develop, and perform.

As her knowledge and experience continued to grow, Baley expanded into English saddle fitting so she could better serve a wider range of horses and riders. Today through BH Saddle Fitting, she provides Western and English saddle fit evaluations with a focus on educating owners and helping them find a saddle that allows both horse and rider to move comfortably and in harmony.
